You will be responsible for managing diverse customer inquiries across multiple channels (phone, email, and chat), ensuring that every interaction meets our gold-standard service benchmarks.

Core Requirements

• Linguistic Mastery: Native-level fluency in French; Upper-Intermediate English (B2).
• Legal Status: EU/EEA Citizenship or a valid Portuguese work permit is essential.
• Communication: Ability to express complex information clearly and politely.
• Availability: Flexibility to work in a shift-based environment (including weekends).

Qualifications & Skills

• High School Diploma (Bachelors degree is an advantage).
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and troubleshooting.
• Resilience and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Basic understanding of digital tools and internet-based platforms.
