French Customer Support Specialist – International Hub (Lisbon)

Are you a French speaker ready to launch your career in one of Europe's most beautiful coastal capitals? We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team on-site in Lisbon! The Role

  • Customer Care: Act as the first point of contact for French-speaking customers, assisting them via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Problem Resolution: Answer inquiries regarding product features, order tracking, billing issues, and account management with a helpful attitude.
  • Platform Guidance: Guide users step-by-step through digital platforms or basic troubleshooting steps to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Data Documentation: Accurately log customer interactions and case details in our internal CRM database.

Working Model & Location

  • Location: Lisbon, Portugal.
  • Work Model: Full-time, 100% on-site role based in a modern, multicultural, and high-energy office hub.

What We Offer

  • Salary: €1,000 – €1,300 Gross monthly (aligned with our French speaker bracket).
  • Hours: 40 hours per week.
  • Relocation Support: * Flight Reimbursement for your move to Lisbon.
    • Company Accommodation provided in a shared apartment (all utilities and bills covered).
  • Training: Comprehensive paid onboarding and product training to ensure your success.
  • Culture: A diverse work environment with ongoing team-building events, language courses, and clear internal paths for professional growth.

Requirements

  • Native or Near-Native French: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and friendly tone.
  • English Proficiency: B2 level or higher to navigate internal training materials and systems.
  • Legal Status: Must hold an EU Passport or a valid Work Permit for Portugal.
  • Soft Skills: Empathetic, patient, organized, and a strong natural problem-solver.
  • Tech-Comfortable: Ability to multi-task smoothly across multiple applications and browser tabs.
