French Customer Support Specialist – Remote (Lisbon Region)

Are you a French speaker who values flexibility and is looking for a role that offers the comfort of working from home? We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our digital support team!

This is a Work From Home (WFH) position open exclusively to candidates residing in the Lisbon area, allowing you to enjoy a remote work lifestyle alongside the option to easily visit our local hub for team touchpoints and community events.

The Role

  • Customer Care: Act as the first point of contact for French-speaking customers, assisting them via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Problem Resolution: Answer inquiries regarding product features, order tracking, billing issues, and account management with a helpful attitude.
  • Platform Guidance: Guide users step-by-step through digital platforms or basic troubleshooting steps to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Data Documentation: Accurately log customer interactions and case details in our internal CRM database.

Working Model & Location

  • Location: Remote / Work From Home based in the Lisbon area (candidates must be located within commuting distance for occasional team meetings or training updates).
  • Equipment: A complete high-tech home office setup (laptop, monitor, headset, and secure digital tools) will be fully provided and shipped directly to your home.

What We Offer

  • Salary: €1,000 – €1,300 Gross monthly (aligned with our French speaker bracket).
  • Hours: 40 hours per week (Full-time).
  • Relocation Support: * Flight Reimbursement for your move to Portugal (if relocating from abroad).
    • Company Accommodation options available (inclusive of utilities) in the Lisbon area to help you get initially established.
  • Training: Full paid onboarding and continuous professional training provided digitally.

Requirements

  • Native or Near-Native French: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and friendly tone.
  • English Proficiency: B2 level or higher to navigate internal training materials and systems.
  • Legal Status: Must hold an EU Passport or a valid Work Permit for Portugal (with a valid Portuguese NIF and NISS, or ready to establish them).
  • Home Setup: A quiet, dedicated workspace with a stable, high-speed fiber internet connection.
  • Soft Skills: Empathetic, patient, organized, and a strong natural problem-solver.
