French-English Customer Service Advisor

Cross Border Talents is hiring a French-English Customer Service Advisor for a premier beauty and cosmetics retailer, hybrid in Lisbon, Portugal

Work model: Hybrid (Lisbon, Portugal) — relocation support provided
Schedule: Monday–Saturday (including bank holidays), 08:00–19:00, with Sunday plus one rotational day off

What you'll do:

• Be the first point of contact and a brand ambassador for customers
• Support after-sales processes, including online orders and refunds
• Manage and escalate complaints as needed
• Answer customer inquiries and support suggestive/cross-selling when appropriate

What we're looking for:

• Fluent/native-level proficiency in French
• Proficiency in English
• Experience handling and escalating customer complaints
• Strong communication skills
• Residency within commuting distance of Lisbon (hybrid role)
