Customer Service Specialist – French Speaker | Airline Industry

Contract: 6-month renewable

About the Role

Join one of the world's leading airline companies as a Customer Service Specialist and become the trusted point of contact for passengers worldwide.

You will support customers with travel-related inquiries and help ensure a smooth and positive travel experience by providing professional and empathetic assistance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat
• Assist with reservations, flight changes, cancellations, and general inquiries
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high service quality
• Escalate complex cases when needed and collaborate with internal teams
• Deliver a customer-first experience with professionalism and empathy

Requirements

• French: C1 or higher (spoken and written)
• English: B2 minimum
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Positive and customer-oriented mindset
• Previous customer service experience is a plus (not mandatory)
• Availability to work rotational shifts
• Candidates must have the legal right to work in Portugal

Schedule

Monday to Sunday — rotational shifts between 08:00 and 21:00
2 rotational days off per week

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: €930 gross/month × 14 salaries/year
Attendance Bonus: €75 gross/month × 11 months/year
Meal Allowance: €7.63/day net
