French-Speaking Content Moderator

Job Title: Content Moderator French Market

Overview:
Are you passionate about social media and fluent in French? Join a dynamic and multicultural team as a Content Moderator supporting one of the worlds leading social media platforms. Your role will be crucial in ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for millions of users by reviewing and moderating user-generated content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and moderate content (videos, images, text, and audio) in line with established guidelines and policies.

• Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy while providing a positive user experience.

• Work in rotating shifts to support a 24/7 operation, including weekends and holidays.

• Report and escalate issues as needed to ensure platform integrity.

Please note: This role involves exposure to sensitive content, including but not limited to graphic, violent, or disturbing material.

What Were Looking For:

• Fluency in French (C1 or native level) and a good command of English.

• Strong attention to detail and a high level of resilience.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.

• Previous experience in content moderation, customer service, or a similar field is a plus but not required.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Additional Information:

• Full training is provided prior to the start of the role (delivered in English).

• The training period will equip you with tools, platform knowledge, and moderation techniques to succeed in your role.

• Work location: On-site at a modern office in Lisbon, Portugal.

• Working hours: 40 hours per week, on a rotational shift basis (24/7 operation).

• Vacation days in accordance with Portuguese labor law.

• A trial period applies at the start of the employment.

Eligibility Requirements:

• You must hold EU citizenship or a valid residence permit in Portugal to be considered for this role.
