In this role, you will act as a dedicated partner for independent creators, influencers, and digital artists, helping them optimize their presence and resolve technical issues on the world's leading social media and video platforms.

The Role

• Creator Assistance: Provide specialized, high-tier support to French-speaking creators, public figures, and digital media partners.
• Monetization & Tool Support: Assist creators with video monetization features, fan subscriptions, digital rights management, and payout setups.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Resolve complex issues regarding account access, page verification, algorithm flags, live-streaming glitches, and video distribution policies.
• Multichannel Engagement: Interact directly with creators and talent managers through live chat, high-priority email queues, and scheduled video/phone consultations.
• Policy Education: Guide digital artists on community guidelines, copyright compliance, and best safety practices to keep their channels secure and growing.

Working Model & Location

• Location: Lisbon, Portugal.
• Work Model: Full-time, 100% on-site role based in a cutting-edge, creative, and highly collaborative corporate campus.

Requirements

• Language Skills: Native or Near-Native French with an excellent professional command of English (B2 or higher) for internal workflows.
• Digital Fluency: Strong personal or professional understanding of online video platforms, live streaming, social media trends, and creator economy dynamics.
• Communication Style: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills—able to speak the "language" of creators with empathy, patience, and clarity.
• Legal Status: Must hold an EU Passport or a valid Work Permit for Portugal.
• Problem Solver: High emotional intelligence, sharp analytical skills, and the resilience to handle unique, fast-moving digital account issues.
