About the Role

We are looking for a French-speaking Customer Relations Advisor to join an international team in Braga. In this role, you will support customers, handle inquiries, build strong customer relationships, and provide guidance based on individual customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding existing services and new requests
• Analyse customer needs and provide appropriate solutions

• Identify opportunities to enhance the customer journey
• Manage assigned cases while following internal procedures and quality standards
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and attention to detail in all customer interactions

Requirements

• Native-level or fluent French
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Customer-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities
• Ability to analyse customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
• High level of professionalism, accuracy, and integrity
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment
• EU work authorization required
