French-Speaking Customer Service Advisor

Main Requirements

• Fluent or native-level French
• Good command of English
• Customer-focused communication skills
• Ability to manage after-sales requests such as online orders and refunds
• Experience handling and escalating customer complaints
• Candidates must be able to reside within 50 km of the Lisbon office
• Eligible to work in Portugal

About the Role

We are looking for a French-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join an international beauty and cosmetics project in Lisbon.

You will act as the first point of contact for customers, supporting them with inquiries, after-sales requests, orders, refunds and complaints while representing the brand professionally.

This is a hybrid position based in Lisbon.

Key Responsibilities

• Support customers with online orders, refunds and after-sales requests
• Answer customer questions and resolve doubts
• Handle and escalate complaints when necessary
• Deliver a positive customer experience
• Identify appropriate opportunities for suggestive selling and cross-selling

Schedule

Monday to Saturday between 08:00 and 19:00 Portuguese time, including bank holidays, with Sunday plus one rotational day off.
