Are you passionate about customer service and motivated by creating positive, human customer experiences? We are hiring a French-speaking Customer Service Advisor for an established telecommunications project in Porto.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who listens carefully, adapts quickly to different customer needs, works well in a team, and enjoys representing a company with professionalism and empathy. Previous customer service experience is welcome, but strong interpersonal skills and the right mindset are equally important.

What you will do

What we are looking for

• Fluent French communication skills.
• Strong listening, adaptability and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, collaborative and customer-focused attitude.
• Comfort working on-site in Porto within the stated schedule window.
• Customer service experience is valued but is not mandatory.

What you will receive

• Gross salary: €1,020 per month.
• Welcome bonus: €150 gross, paid in the 4th month.
• Performance bonus: €100 gross/month during the first 3 months.
• Attendance bonus: €9.60 per working day.

Important eligibility / location information

• Candidates must already live within approximately 30 km of Porto. No relocation support is provided.
• Accepted work status: EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese residence card.
• Candidates must already hold valid work documentation, including NIF and NISS.
