French-Speaking Customer Service Specialist, Generative AI

Join a customer service team working with social media and generative AI products. You will use your French and English, your tech skills and your interest in Generative AI to work on AI annotation and evaluation tasks, making fast and accurate decisions.

Key points

• Languages: French (native level) and English (B2 or higher)
• Schedule: 24/7 operations, Monday to Sunday, on rotational shifts, with two rotating days off
• Compensation: Monthly gross salary paid over 14 months, plus a net meal allowance for each working day
• Relocation: Relocation support provided, including access to shared accommodation with other employees for a limited period, with utilities included. The accommodation cost is deducted directly from the monthly payslip
• Availability: No holidays or vacations planned for the first six months

Requirements

• Native-level French, with excellent written communication skills
• Solid B2 level of English (B2+ or C1 preferred)
• Previous experience in AI data annotation
• Experience with AI annotation and evaluation platforms
• Strong understanding of and interest in Generative AI
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools
• Pragmatic, with the ability to make fast and accurate decisions
• Availability to work rotational shifts covering 24/7 operations
