You'll help customers understand processes, resolve questions and navigate digital advertising tools. What you'll do
Respond to customer enquiries about paid social media campaigns.
Explain platform processes and service features clearly.
Investigate reported issues and guide customers through next steps.
Escalate complex cases in line with internal procedures.
What you'll need
Fluent French and English, written and spoken; strong communication and listening skills; a customer-focused approach; confidence using computers and online platforms; problem-solving ability; and flexibility in a dynamic, international environment.
