Join our dynamic and international team in Lisbon, Portugal, as a French-Speaking Customer Support Specialist! This is an excellent opportunity for multilingual individuals looking to start or grow their career in a vibrant, fast-paced environment.

Position Details

  • Location: Lisbon, Portugal (On-site/Office-based)
  • Starting Date: January 8, 2026

Key Responsibilities

As a French-Speaking Customer Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Providing comprehensive support and assistance to customers primarily via phone, email, and chat in both French and English.
  • Analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving customer issues and technical inquiries efficiently and accurately.
  • Documenting all customer interactions and solutions clearly and thoroughly within our CRM system.
  • Collaborating with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues when necessary.
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and meeting performance metrics, such as first-contact resolution and response time.
  • Continuously learning about our products/services to stay informed and provide the best possible support.

Candidate Requirements (Must-Haves)

  • Language Fluency:
    • French: Fluent/Native level (written and spoken).
    • English: Advanced level (C1 or equivalent, written and spoken).
  • Documentation: Must possess one of the following valid documents allowing you to work legally in Portugal for more than one year:
    • Valid Residency Card (must be valid for over one year).
    • EU Citizenship (Passport/ID Card).
    • Valid Refugee Card.

Preferred Qualifications (Good-to-Have)

  • Prior experience in a customer service, technical support, or call center environment is beneficial, but not mandatory. We welcome motivated candidates ready to learn!
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient and empathetic approach.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and standard office tools.
