The Role

• B2B Advertiser Support: Provide dedicated assistance to SMB owners and digital marketers using advanced social media and photo-sharing ad products.
• Multichannel Communication: Engage with corporate clients through a mix of live chat, professional emails, and proactive outbound phone consultations.
• Troubleshooting & Optimization: Resolve ad delivery issues, campaign delivery bottlenecks, payment discrepancies, and technical policy flags to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Trend Identification: Analyze ad account performance metrics to spot recurring challenges and identify trends among multiple SMB portfolios.
• Product Guidance: Educate clients on newly launched advertising tools, target audience configurations, and budget optimization strategies to enhance their overall marketing return on investment (ROI).

Working Model & Location

• Location: Lisbon, Portugal.
• Work Model: Full-time, 100% on-site role based in a state-of-the-art, high-tech corporate office hub.

Requirements

• Language Skills: Native or Near-Native French with a solid business proficiency in English (B2) for global internal communications and software navigation.

• Analytical Mindset: Comfortable discussing digital marketing KPIs (CTR, ROI, impressions, conversion tracking), numbers, and campaign performance dashboards.
• Client-First Attitude: Strong professional communication skills, empathy for small business dynamics, and a solutions-oriented approach.
• Tech-Comfortable: Ability to multi-task across live chat portals, data analytics screens, and internal CRM systems smoothly.
