French-Speaking Junior O2C Specialist

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading international company in the healthcare technology sector for a Junior Order-to-Cash (O2C) Specialist position based in Porto, Portugal.

What You'll Be Doing

As part of the Finance Operations team, you will play a key role in the Order-to-Cash cycle, including:

• Order processing and customer account management
• Invoice and credit note generation
• Payment allocation and follow-up activities
• Accounts Receivable monitoring
• Customer support related to billing inquiries
• Account reconciliations and month-end activities
• ERP data maintenance and finance operations support

What We're Looking For

Fluent French (written and spoken)

Advanced English (C1)

Background in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field

Minimum 6 months of experience in AR, O2C, Accounting, or Finance Operations

Strong Excel skills

Knowledge of SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or other ERP systems is a plus

Detail-oriented mindset and strong organizational skills
