Key Responsibilities

• 
  Candidate Sourcing: Utilise various sourcing methods to identify and attract qualified candidates for BPO roles.


• 
  Screening and Assessing: Conduct interviews and assess candidate fit based on company and client requirements.


• 
  Relationship Building: Develop and maintain a strong rapport with candidates and hiring managers.


• 
  Talent Advisory: Provide candidates with a positive experience and advise them through the recruitment process.


• 
  Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in our ATS systems.


• 
  Recruitment Reporting: Compile and analyse recruitment data to improve processes and outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• 
  Language Skills: Fluent in French and proficient in English (written and spoken).


• 
  Recruitment Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a recruitment, preferably in a BPO environment.


• 
  Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach.


• 
  Organisational Abilities: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.


• 
  Technical Proficiency: Experience with ATS and recruitment-related software.
