About the role

The project is suitable for candidates who have experience in a BPO or technical support environment and are confident communicating in French and English.

Key responsibilities

Guide customers through relevant processes and support steps.

Record case details and follow quality procedures.

Requirements

Strong French and English communication skills.

At least one year of BPO or technical support experience.

Good troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

Customer-oriented communication and attention to detail.

A valid Portuguese residence permit and legal authorisation to work in Portugal are required.
