Frontend Lead Senior (React)

Job Description

Requirements:

• Proficiency in: ReactJS, Next.js, TypeScript, Jest, Storybook and AWS services including CloudFront
• Over 8 years of relevant experience
• Demonstrated track record in building and maintaining commercial production systems
• Previous experience in Agile methodologies, ideally utilizing SAFe, within a DevOps framework, CI/CD
• Experience collaborating in highly distributed teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong system-level understanding with problem-solving and analytical mindset
• Senior-level expertise including prior experience leading Scrum teams, potentially in a dual role as Scrum Master

Methodologies and Practices:

• Prior experience working in Agile, ideally using SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), in a DevOps structure
• Experience with CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment)
• Experience working in highly distributed teams
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead a scrum team, potentially assuming a dual role as a scrum master
• Good system-level understanding
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Analytical mindset
