Frontend Team Leader

We are currently looking for Frontend Team Leader

Requirements:
We are looking for a Frontend Team Leader to join our team and lead multiple project teams in parallel. If you have a strong technical background in frontend development and experience managing teams while working directly with clients, we want to hear from you!

Required Competences:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Frontend Developer.
At least 2 years of experience in team management.
Strong expertise in ReactJS / Redux / Hooks.
Proficiency with GitLab, CI/CD, Jira, Confluence, and Docker.
Experience in direct client interaction and project leadership.
Ability to manage multiple project teams simultaneously.
Good level of English (Independent user — level C1).
Availability to work from 8AM to 5PM.

Preferred Competencies:
International experience.
Experience in European Agencies.
Knowledge of backend development (Java) is a plus.

Location: Lisbon, hybrid
