For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or comparable;

5+ years of professional experience in FullStack development;

Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot and Microservices-based architecture;

Frontend development experience, preferable with Angular;

Solid understanding of cloud-native software development and practical experience with AWS and cloud-based deployment models;

Experience with Kubernetes, Docker and Helm;

Good understanding of distributed systems, scalability, resilience and fault tolerance;

Experience with Microservices, REST APIs, asynchronous messaging, Event-Driven patterns and streaming technologies;

Strong knowledge of relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL;

Experience with caching technologies such as Hazelcast;

Experience in automated testing and CI/CD;

Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana and centralized logging solutions;

Experience with performance and reliability improvement as well as maintainability;

Experience with AI tooling;

Fluency in English (C1 Level);

Availability for a hybrid regime with occasional visits to Venda do Pinheiro (Lisbon) (candidates should be based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit).
