What you will achieve
− In the IT department of Logistic Services Operations, we design and run the systems that ensure millions of letters and parcels are delivered on time every day.
− We are currently replacing our existing workforce planning systems with modern, custom-developed solutions.
− At the same time, we are introducing a new platform that automatically evaluates and records working hours and activities based on timestamps and metadata.
− As part of an agile DevOps team, you will design and develop modern software solutions using the latest frameworks and tools.
− You will contribute across the full development lifecycle – from analysis and design to implementation, testing, deployment, and operations – in close collaboration with our internal customers.
You will actively share knowledge, bring in new ideas, and help shape the technical direction of our products.

Personal Skills and Education

What you bring
− Solid experience as a Fullstack Developer with strong expertise in both frontend (Angular) and backend (Java, Spring Boot) development.
−Proficiency in working with relational databases and event-driven architectures (e.g. Kafka).
− Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and modern software development practices (CI/CD, automated testing, monitoring).
− Bonus: exposure to cloud environments (AWS preferred) and infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, AWS CDK).
− Strong collaboration skills, a growth mindset, and enthusiasm for working in an agile, interdisciplinary team.

Education
− You have a degree in computer science, preferably at university or university of applied sciences level, and/or several years of professional experience in a similar environment.

Language Skills
− English oral and written
− Optional: German oral (and written)

Additional Comments

− Willingness to travel
− Hybrid Model: One day a week @office (mandatory)
