Full-Stack Engineer (Growth)

Sweatcoin is a London-based and well-funded scale-up with a team of 100 and the mission to make the world more physically active. Our iOS and Android apps have more than 150MM installs, 15M+ active users, more than 300 commercial partners and confirmed by the independent academic research ability to make our users up to 20% more active.

We are looking for a Full-Stack Engineer to bridge the gap between the technology and business goals of the Growth Team.

You will:

• 
  Collaborate with the Growth Product team to implement features aimed at increasing user acquisition through virality and an invites focus.


• Develop and implement innovative solutions to optimize other key growth metrics, focusing on improving retention, engagement and monetisation to increase the user LTV.


• Contribute to the estimation, planning and testing of the priorities to be developed with the team.


• Act as a credible technical lead to the team.


• Understand the tradeoffs and balance between critical business needs and strong engineering principles.


• Make thoughtful decisions in complex, ambiguous situations.

Our expectations:

• Proficiency in Ruby On Rails and React (or React Native)


• Strong product mindset


• Seasoned Engineer, who drives significant feature implementations from start to finish with accurate estimations and appropriate collaboration with the team.


• Fluent English


• Experience of working with Data Scientists and Analysts
