About the Role
We are looking for a Software Fullstack Developer to join a high-performing engineering team focused on developing innovative digital media and learning products.
You will work within an agile, outcomes-driven team, collaborating closely with Product Owners, Project Managers, and other technical stakeholders to design, develop, and enhance modern software solutions for web and mobile devices.
We are looking for someone with solid Fullstack development experience who combines technical quality, creativity, and attention to detail to build solutions aligned with user needs and business goals.
Location Requirement: This opportunity is exclusively open to candidates currently based in Portugal.
️ Your Impact & Responsabilities
Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions.
Contribute to application architecture and key technical decisions.
Identify, prioritize, and execute tasks throughout the software development lifecycle.
Develop applications and tools by producing clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
Work cross-functionally across the SDLC, collaborating with Product Managers to clarify requirements and break down initiatives into actionable technical tasks.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to maintaining high engineering and quality standards across the team.
Support the design of solutions for testability and contribute to automated testing practices.
Use data and metrics to support technical and product-related decisions.
Contribute to the software engineering body of knowledge and promote best practices within the team.
Ensure software solutions remain aligned with modern technologies, tools, and development practices.
✅ What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Web Developer or in a similar software engineering role.
Experience building applications that meet high standards for security and data privacy.
Strong experience developing cross-browser applications using HTML, CSS, and TypeScript.
Experience working with React-based frameworks and libraries.
Experience writing unit tests using tools such as Jest and React Testing Library.
Knowledge of CSS preprocessors such as Sass or Less.
Experience developing accessible and responsive web pages.
Experience with frontend tooling such as Webpack, ESLint, and NPM.
Experience with Content Management System (CMS) integrations.
Experience developing distributed web applications using Java 8/11/21, along with frameworks such as Spring, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
Hands-on experience working with relational databases such as MySQL or Aurora.
Experience developing RESTful APIs and working with microservices architectures.
Experience developing applications on AWS Cloud, with knowledge of services such as CloudFront, Elastic Beanstalk, Lambda, S3, SQS, SNS, and ECS/ECR.
Experience using monitoring tools such as New Relic or Splunk, as well as automated testing frameworks.
Hands-on experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and CI/CD pipelines, including tools such as Jenkins.
Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and software engineering best practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Fluent English Level

Advanced experience developing complex web applications using React.
Familiarity with Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Tag Manager.
Understanding of internet-based media distribution solutions.
Knowledge of video streaming standards and interactive media formats.
