For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

+3 years of experience as an IT Support Analyst / Summit TCI System Support

Serve as the primary point of contact for users and IT teams on all matters related to the Summit TCI system, including functional and technical issues.

Investigate and resolve daily global securities activity issues within Summit TCI, ensuring accurate and timely support across operations.

Write, create, and modify reports and data extractions using SQL and Summit TCI's internal tools to meet evolving user requirements.

Document production issues, root cause analyses, and resolutions in a clear, structured manner to support knowledge sharing and audit trails.

Apply knowledge of financial products and global markets to accurately interpret and prioritize support requests within a securities environment.

Fluency in English, at least B2 level. Fluency in French is a plus

Availability for Hybrid model, 2 times a week based in Porto or Lisbon office

Based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit
