For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

2-3 years of experience as a Senior Consultant (LIMS LabWare)

Ability to configure LabWare modules — including tests, specifications, workflows, and instrument interfaces — using native configuration tools without requiring core development or advanced coding.

Working knowledge of SQL for querying and diagnosing data within the underlying LIMS database to support incident investigation and root cause analysis.

Background working in regulated laboratory environments such as pharmaceutical, food, chemical, or similar industries, with awareness of applicable quality standards (e.g., GxP, ISO 17025).

Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to interact with key laboratory users to clarify requirements, validate issue resolution, and document findings in a structured knowledge base.

Fluency in Portuguese or English (B2)

Availability for Hybrid model, once a week based in Lisbon

Based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit
