Air Liquide Europe Business Services (ALEBS) was created in 2019 in Lisbon, Portugal with the mandate to provide financial services for Air Liquide European entities. In the space of 4 years, it has expanded to over 400 employees based in 3 office locations: Lisbon, Tomar and Guarda. The geographical scope was extended to include, besides the European affiliates also entities located in Africa, Middle-East and India, and the operational scope was extended and includes today not just Finance, but also Human Resources.
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
1. BI Design & Dashboarding (The Decision-Making Interface to support Performance) - Data visualization
Design of management dashboards using [BI Tools: Power BI].
Focus on Narrative Data Visualization: transforming data into actionable insights.
Transition to "Conversational BI": enabling users to query data in natural language.
2. Data Quality to anticipate AI
Implementation of a Quality "Scorecard"
Existing audit (Discovery) with Data profiling
Close the loop with Business Expert (SMEs)
Semantic evaluation Granularity & Lineage Traceability
Automation of quality control
3. Support for Disruption & Change Management
Change of dimension: Educating stakeholders on the shift from "passive" data (reporting) to "active" data (agentic AI).
Technological anticipation: Monitor agent orchestration tools (LangChain, CrewAI, etc.) to adapt the data model accordingly.
Are you a MATCH?
Hard Skills
Advanced proficiency in SQL & Python.
Data modeling (Star schema, Data Vault).
Experience in ETL/ELT and Data Quality.
Knowledge of Vector Database concepts.
