Role Overview:

As part of a solid business group, the company is entering a key phase of growth and consolidation in Portugal, with strong ambitions for medium- and long-term development.

We are looking for a General Manager (m/f/x) to lead SunEnergy in Portugal, based in Coimbra. This position involves taking full executive responsibility for the business in the country, leading a phase of growth, professionalization, and scaling of the company, with full ownership of results.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Lead the overall management of the company, with full P&L responsibility.

·        Define and execute the business growth and development strategy in Portugal.

·        Drive commercial development within the industrial sector and identify new market opportunities.

·        Oversee operational activity, including photovoltaic EPC projects, installations, and maintenance.

·        Build, lead, and develop high-performing teams.

·        Coordinate with the group’s corporate areas, leveraging synergies and ensuring alignment with the broader business strategy.

·        Actively contribute to the definition and launch of new business lines linked to the energy transition.
