German Backoffice Specialist Legal Support

Your Role
As a German-speaking Backoffice Specialist, you will support legal and regulatory processes related to passenger rights. This is a non-customer-facing role with structured office hours, ideal for candidates seeking stability and analytical work.

What you will be doing

• Handle complaints and documentation related to passenger rights
• Liaise with lawyers, legal officers, and National Enforcement Bodies (NEB)
• Review cases and ensure compliance with EU regulations
• Maintain accurate records and follow internal procedures

What you should bring

• German at C1/C2 level and English at B2

• Strong written communication and high attention to detail

• Comfortable working with structured processes and documentation

• Good computer skills and ability to navigate different systems

• Willingness to work on-site in Lisbon, Monday to Friday
