About the Role:
We are looking for German-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join a dynamic international team based in Alcântara, Lisbon. This position is ideal for candidates who are motivated, communicative, and eager to start or grow a career in customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer inquiries in German via phone, email, or chat

• Provide accurate information and solutions in a professional and empathetic manner

• Follow company procedures and maintain high customer satisfaction levels

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth issue resolution

Requirements:

• Fluency in German and English (B2)

• Eligible documents:

  • EU ID

  • Residence Card, or

  • Certificate of Protection (issued later than March 2022)

• Previous customer service experience is a plus

• Availability to work rotative shifts from Monday to Sunday, between 08:00 and 00:00

  • Shuttle transport provided for employees finishing shifts at midnight

Schedule:

• Rotative role, Monday to Sunday between 8:00 AM and 12:00 Midnight
