Your Profile

• Your mission will be to provide telephone and written support to our German-speaking customers, always ensuring a courteous and helpful attitude
• Are proficient in German and fluent in English (both written and spoken)
• Possess outstanding communication skills
• Are keen to learn
• (Bonus) Have experience in a telephone customer service or call center environment
