Join our international team in Porto as a Customer Service Representative for Diabetes Medical Devices, where your role goes beyond customer support—youll be helping patients and healthcare professionals with life-changing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

As part of our dynamic customer support team, you will:

• Provide outstanding customer service in German (C2), with support in English (C1) when required.
• Handle inquiries, incidents, and questions regarding diabetes medical devices via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals with empathy and accuracy.
• Guide customers through troubleshooting and product usage, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with your Team Leader to ensure operational excellence.

Work Schedule

• Monday to Sunday – 24/7 (Rotating shifts)
• Days Off: 2 rotating days per week
• Night Shift: 22:00 – 07:00 (The night shift team is small, so occasional night shifts may be required. Candidates must be comfortable with a 24/7 rotation.)

Compensation & Benefits

We value your commitment and reward it generously:

• Base Salary: €1,100 gross/month (paid 14 months)
• Attendance Bonus: €400 gross/month (paid 11 months)
• Meal Allowance: €7.63 net per working day

Requirements

• Fluency in German (C2) – mandatory
• Advanced English (C1) – for internal communication and training
• EU citizenship or valid work permit
• Excellent communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in rotating shifts and thrive in a multicultural environment
• Prior experience in customer service or healthcare is a plus, but not required – training provided
