German-Speaking Customer Service Representative – Portugal (€3,000 Signing Bonus!)

What You’ll Do:

Handle customer inquiries via phone and email, providing detailed information about our insurance products.

Assist with policy cancellations and answer questions about coverage.

Manage both inbound and outbound calls as well as email correspondence.

Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

What You Need:

• Fluency in German (C1-C2 level) (spoken & written)

• EU Passport or valid work permit, no sponsorship is provided

• B2 level English to communicate effectively within the team

• Previous experience in insurance customer service is a plus

• Strong communication skills and ability to stay calm under pressure
