• Implement and optimize ad campaigns for key advertising clients.

• Develop keyword packs, bids, and budget strategies aligned with customer goals.

• Analyze performance data at account and campaign level to identify growth opportunities.

• Produce detailed reports to support optimization strategies and performance reviews.

• Stay current with digital trends, proposing innovative ideas for continuous improvement.

What You'll Bring

• Professionally fluent German (C1) and strong English (B2+) communication skills.

• 12 years of digital marketing experience in a B2B environment.

• Knowledge of Google Ads / AdWords, Search fundamentals certification is a plus.

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and campaign reporting.

• Detail-oriented mindset, eager to learn and contribute within a collaborative team.
