Candidate Profile

• Language Skills: Native or near-native mastery of German; professional proficiency in English (B2 level minimum).
• Professional Experience: At least one year of experience in back-office environments, content moderation, compliance, or legal support.
• Core Competencies: Exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical reasoning, and the ability to handle confidential information with high discretion.
• Work Style: Proven ability to manage a high-volume case queue independently while remaining a proactive team player.
