Job Overview

We are seeking a digitally minded German Speaking Client Advisor to join a leading global BPO provider in Lisbon, Portugal. Supporting a world-renowned, cloud-based web development platform used by millions worldwide, you will help businesses, bloggers, and creatives build their websites, manage their online presence, and grow their brands. This role is perfect for a customer-focused professional with a genuine passion for web design and digital marketing.

• Work Mode: On-site (Based full-time at a modern corporate office in an excellent, central Lisbon location).

Your Role & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer care and technical advisory services via chat, email, and phone.
• Troubleshoot user issues with the web builder platform, delivering clear, step-by-step guidance and technical solutions.
• Educate clients on design features, SEO tools, and plugins to help them maximize their websites' potential.
• Collaborate closely with backend product and development teams to resolve complex technical or systemic issues.
• Stay continuously informed about software rollouts, platform updates, and new feature deployments.
• Gather, categorize, and relay user feedback to internal stakeholders to drive ongoing platform optimization.

Your Qualifications

• Language Proficiency: Minimum of C1 level in German paired with a good command of English (B2 level).
• Domain Knowledge: Practical knowledge of or experience in digital marketing and/or web design, combined with a genuine enthusiasm for the industry.
• Experience (Mandatory): At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service with a demonstrated, strong customer-centric approach.
• Professional Stability: A stable career profile with a history of reliable, long-term employment (no frequent job-hopping).
• Core Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities, sharp problem-solving skills, patience, and the capacity to multitask independently.
• Experience (Plus): Prior experience navigating popular website builders or Content Management Systems (CMS) is considered a distinct advantage.

Shifts & Working Hours

• Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week, 8 hours per day).
• Work Calendar: Weekdays only (Monday to Friday, scheduled within an operational frame between 06:00 and 22:00). Enjoy your weekends off!

Salary, Bonuses & Benefits

• Base Salary: €1,100 Gross x 14 months per year.
• Performance Bonus: Monthly performance-based incentive of up to €180.
• Retention Bonus: Included one-year retention bonus structure.
• Meal Allowance: €7.23 per working day (Lunch allowance).
• Health Coverage: Private health insurance available from Day 1 for a nominal fee, becoming completely free after 6 months of employment.

Relocation Support

• For Candidates Outside Portugal:
  • Sourcing and placement in a room within a company-managed apartment in Lisbon for 12 months at a fixed, subsidized cost of €280 per month (deducted directly from your salary).
  • Reimbursement of your inbound flight ticket up to €400 (paid out on the 6th month of employment).
• For Candidates Inside Portugal:
  • The accommodation option is strictly reserved for applicants transitioning directly to the company from an immediate industry competitor.
