Your Daily Commitments

• Inspect, assess, and manage German-language online submissions to ensure alignment with company policies and legal mandates.
• Confirm that all materials reviewed meet rigorous criteria for accuracy, quality, and compliance.
• Identify, log, and promptly report any inconsistencies, emerging trends, or situations that could potentially introduce legal risk.
• Keep informed and maintain current expertise on all client-specific guidelines and rules.
• Work with other internal groups to improve content review efficiency and offer valuable feedback for ongoing enhancement.
• Thoughtfully handle and resolve escalated cases, ensuring precise documentation is kept for every decision.
• Contribute to maintaining a positive, inclusive, and cooperative team environment.

Candidate Qualifications

• Language Proficiency: You must be proficient (minimum B2 level) in both German (speaking and writing) and English.
• Possess a strong analytical mindset and an outstanding attention to detail.
• Must demonstrate the ability to manage time effectively and perform efficiently in a demanding, fast-paced work setting.
• Proven capability in communication and problem-solving.
• Comfortable and familiar with using various digital tools, web interfaces, and Content Management Systems (CMS).
• While prior professional background in content compliance, online operations, or moderation is a plus, it is not essential—we provide full, comprehensive training.
• You must have legal eligibility to work in Portugal or be willing to relocate to Lisbon (relocation support is available for eligible candidates moving from outside the city).
