We are seeking a professional and diplomatic German Speaking Customer Representative to join a global leader in customer experience and technology solutions in Lisbon, Portugal. Supporting a specialized insurance-related project, you will assist clients with managing their insurance policies, handling claims, and updating active contracts. • Work Mode: On-site (Based full-time at a centrally located corporate facility in Lisbon).

Your Role & Responsibilities

• Handle incoming inquiries via phone and chat from customers regarding their insurance coverages and policies.
• Process complex service and change requests directly within the client's designated policy administration system.
• Compose and send formal written communications via emails and letters, including contract updates and policy summaries.
• Manage customer requests for policy changes, including updating payment methods, updating personal records, and adjusting coverage tiers.
• Support customers through the administrative steps of claims submissions, renewals, and policy cancellations.
• Conduct document indexation and digital file archiving using specialized internal document management tools.
• Consistently maintain a high level of service quality while meeting specific client performance targets.

Your Qualifications

• Language Proficiency: Native-level fluency in German (C2) paired with a proficient command of English (B2).
• Core Competencies: Strong written and verbal communication skills with a diplomatic, professional, and solution-oriented approach.
• Mindset: Proactive, highly motivated, and comfortable working within a collaborative, team-oriented corporate structure.
• Eligibility: Must be legally eligible to work in Portugal.
• Experience (Advantage): Prior experience in customer service, helpdesk positions, or the insurance/financial sector is considered a plus.

Shifts & Working Hours

• Schedule: Full-time position operating on standard project operational shifts.

Salary, Bonuses & Benefits

• Base Salary: €1,374 Gross per month.
• Performance Bonus: Monthly performance-based incentive of up to €100.
• Meal Allowance: €7.23 per working day (Lunch allowance).
• Contract Type: Indefinite (permanent) contract from day one, preceded by fully paid professional training.

Relocation Support

• For Candidates Outside Portugal:
  • Sourcing and placement in a room within a company-managed apartment in Lisbon for 12 months at a fixed, subsidized cost of €280 per month (deducted directly from your salary).
  • Reimbursement of your inbound flight ticket up to €400 (paid out on the 6th month of employment).
• For Candidates Inside Portugal:
  • The accommodation option is strictly reserved for applicants transitioning directly to the company from an immediate industry competitor.
