Job Description:

Join our clients Automotive Digital Services team and be part of a dynamic, multilingual customer service project supporting a well-known automotive brand. As a German-speaking Customer Service Representative, your role will be to deliver high-quality support and guidance to customers across a variety of digital services and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service in German via phone, email, or chat

• Assist customers with inquiries related to digital automotive services

• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally

• Escalate more complex queries to relevant departments

• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of customer interactions

• Ensure service levels and quality standards are consistently met

Requirements:

• Fluency in German (C1 or higher) and good command of English (B1-B2)

• Previous customer service experience is a plus

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Comfortable working in rotating shifts, including weekends and nights

• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems

Working Hours:

• Monday to Sunday 24/7 rotating shifts

• 2 rotating days off per week

Salary & Benefits:

• Gross Salary: 1030/month x 14 months

• Meal Allowance: 80/month x 12 months

• Relocation Package available for remote positions within this project (for German, Dutch, and Danish speakers)
