Descrição do Emprego - German Speaking Customer Support for DJI

Mercier Consultancy Bulgaria is thrilled to announce an opening for a German Speaking Customer Support Agent for DJI. In this dynamic role, you will be the first point of contact for DJI customers, providing them with excellent support regarding their drone products and accessories. Your fluency in German will enable you to assist customers effectively with inquiries about product specifications, usage, troubleshooting, and service-related questions. If you are passionate about technology, drones, and delivering outstanding customer service, we invite you to join our team!


Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in German, addressing questions about DJI products and services.
  • Assist customers with product setup, troubleshooting, and user guides.
  • Handle warranty claims and service requests, providing timely follow-up on customer cases.
  • Document customer interactions accurately for quality and training purposes.
  • Work closely with the technical support team to resolve complex customer issues efficiently.
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends to offer informed support.
  • Gather customer feedback to improve service delivery and user experience.
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
  • Prior experience in customer support, particularly in technology or hardware, is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and drone technology is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
