Core Requirements

• Linguistic Mastery: Native or near-native proficiency (C1/C2) in German; strong communicative English (B2).
• Legal Status: Must hold EU/EEA Citizenship or a valid, unrestricted work permit for Portugal.
• Technical Literacy: Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to navigate modern CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
• Relocation: Willingness to relocate to Portugal (Lisbon or Porto).

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail is preferred but not mandatory.
