Key Responsibilities

• Identify and attract candidates through diverse channels such as job boards, social media, and personal networks.
• Perform initial candidate screenings and interviews to evaluate qualifications and fit.
• Facilitate and coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams.
• Update and maintain accurate records of candidate information in our applicant tracking system.
• Support candidates throughout the recruitment process by providing guidance and communication in German.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to strategize and enhance talent acquisition efforts.

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is beneficial.
• No prior recruitment experience is required; a positive attitude and willingness to learn are key!
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and connect with candidates effectively.
• Self-driven with the ability to work independently in a fully remote setting.
• Familiarity with social media and online recruiting platforms is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A desire to develop skills and grow within the recruitment field.
• Able to follow a 3 months fully paid training in Greece
