In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, assisting them with policy management, claims, and inquiries, while ensuring a professional and smooth customer journey.

Your Role

• Inbound Support: Handle incoming calls and chats from customers regarding their insurance policies.
• Service Requests: Process policy administration updates and service requests within the clients internal systems.
• Communication: Draft and send professional email and letter responses, including contract details and policy information.
• Document Management: Utilize internal tools for the indexation and electronic archiving of policy documents.
• Policy Changes: Manage updates to customer contracts, such as changing payment methods or personal details.
• Claims & Cancellations: Support customers through the initial stages of claims submissions and policy cancellations.
• Performance: Maintain high service quality standards while meeting performance and efficiency targets.

Your Qualifications

• Languages: Native-level fluency in German (C2) and proficient in English (B2).
• Experience: Previous experience in customer service is a significant advantage.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written skills with a professional and diplomatic approach.
• Mindset: Proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
• Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in Portugal (EU citizenship or valid work permit).
