Key Responsibilities:

• Review and moderate content posted on the platform, ensuring it complies with community guidelines and policies.
• Evaluate and remove offensive, harmful, or inappropriate material from the platform.
• Flag and report content that violates legal requirements or company standards.
• Ensure user interactions and content align with platform regulations, promoting a safe online environment.
• Handle content review requests promptly, maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the moderation process and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Provide feedback on processes to improve content moderation strategies.

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Native-level fluency in German and B2 level proficiency in English.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to make quick decisions based on platform policies.
• Previous experience in content moderation or a similar role is an advantage but not required.
• Ability to handle sensitive material with discretion and professionalism.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
