The Role

• Technical Support: Assist German-speaking users via phone, email, and chat with inquiries regarding search functionality and account management.
• Optimization: Help users improve their search experience and troubleshoot issues related to digital tools and platforms.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve technical glitches, ensuring a seamless experience for the German market.
• Data Integrity: Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM to help improve search algorithms and user satisfaction.

What We Offer

• Salary: €1,400 Gross monthly.
• Hours: 40 hours per week (Full-time).

Requirements

• Native or Near-Native German: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Legal Status: Must hold an EU Passport or a valid Work Permit for Portugal.
• Tech-Savvy: A natural interest in how the internet works and a quick learner of new software.
• Professionalism: Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
