Job Description: German Content Moderator (Porto Office)

Location: Porto Office Park - Porto

Schedule: Rotative Shifts - 24/7 (2 days-off per week)

Contract Type: Permanent Contract

Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented German Content Moderator to join our team. The role involves reviewing, updating, and managing content on social media platforms, ensuring compliance with legal and copyright standards, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Review online videos, content, complaints, and legal notices received from end customers regarding incorrect decisions on their copyright materials.
• Update and manage content on popular social media platforms.
• Audit and verify content before sharing it for social media uploads.
• Ensure that the service provided to customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of client products and services.
• Strictly adhere to accuracy guidelines set by the client.
• Safeguard customer data and ensure compliance with relevant processes and regulations.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Fluent in German (C1) and English (B2).
• Strong computer navigation skills and proficiency in PC usage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Dependable, with strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to changes and tolerance for repetitive tasks.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team, as well as independently.
• Demonstrate patience in all customer interactions, maintaining a professional and pleasant tone.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including rotating shifts.
• An associate degree in a related field and 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience is preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation.
