Descrição do Emprego - German speaking Video Content Moderator

Location: Lisbon 
Role: German speaking Video Content Moderator
Salary:  18,500 EUR gross p/m plus performance bonus of up to 5% plus monthly meal allowance and monthly transport allowance. Additional 25% top up for hrs worked between 10 pm and 7 am.
Hours of work: 40 hrs p/week, rotational - operational hours are 24/7
Relocation package: if relocating - 2500 euro relo bonus gross paid with first salary payment

In this role you will:
  • Review user reports regarding website/media content
  • Analyse and identify content that is not in compliance with requirements and flag for action in a timely manner
  • Make well-balanced decisions and help resolve inquiries to defined policies and procedures
  • Use market specific knowledge and insights to spot and scope solutions to improve the support of user community
  • Review sensitive content, sometimes involving graphic or disturbing subject matter
