Title: German Video Content Analyst

Job Overview:
We are currently looking for a German-speaking Video Content Analyst to join a leading global streaming platform in Lisbon. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and moderating user-submitted content, ensuring it complies with legal, cultural, and platform-specific guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and moderate user-submitted advertisements
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
• Identify and remove non-compliant or inappropriate content
• Maintain high levels of accuracy and quality in content moderation

Requirements:

• German proficiency (B2–C1 or native)
• English level B2 or higher
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow guidelines
• Previous experience in content moderation is a plus, but not required
• Currently based in Lisbon or willing to relocate

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base salary: €15,260 gross/year
• Language bonus: €235/month
• Transportation allowance: €720/year
• Performance bonus: up to 5%
• Meal allowance: €7.63/day (net)
• Relocation bonus: €2,500 (international) / €1,500 (within Portugal)
