About the Role:

Join a leading video streaming platform as a Video Content Analyst in Porto, Portugal. We are seeking a meticulous and motivated German-speaking professional to join our content moderation team. Key Responsibilities:

• Review and moderate user-generated videos and related content, including complaints and copyright notices.

• Ensure all content complies with legal guidelines and platform standards.

• Manage and update social media content accurately and promptly.

• Conduct audits of content intended for platform uploads.

• Meet performance targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as set by the client.

• Stay informed about product and service guidelines.

• Maintain strict adherence to data protection protocols and process compliance.

What We're Looking For:

• Fluency in German (C1 level) and intermediate proficiency in English (B2 level).

• Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• High attention to detail and dependability.

• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Flexibility and adaptability with a professional attitude.

• Comfort with repetitive tasks in a high-production setting.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Patience and professionalism in customer interactions.

• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends if necessary.

• Previous experience in content moderation or a similar role is a plus.

• An associate degree or equivalent education is preferred.
