About the Role

As an Account Manager DACH (Renewal Focus), you will take ownership of the renewal cycle, ensuring customers continue to see value while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. You will work closely with internal teams and engage directly with clients to deliver a seamless and trusted customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full renewal cycle to protect and grow recurring revenue
Proactively identify risks and opportunities within customer accounts
Build strong client relationships via phone and email
Drive cross-sell and up-sell initiatives within the existing customer base
Collaborate across teams to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
Share market insights and customer feedback to improve processes
