Are you fluent in German with an interest or background in banking, financial services, or customer account management? We are seeking detail-oriented, professional individuals to join our financial operations team in Porto, Portugal.

In this role, you will deliver high-quality support to German-speaking retail banking clients, fintech users, or corporate accounts—assisting with account management, digital banking platforms, transaction verification, and compliance checks. Full relocation support, including provided accommodation, is included to ensure a seamless move to Porto!

The Role

• Customer & Account Advisory: Provide professional assistance to German-speaking banking clients via secure messaging, phone, and email regarding account features, wire transfers, card management, and online banking systems.
• Transaction & Security Monitoring: Assist clients with transaction inquiries, fraud alerts, account verification (KYC/AML procedures), and security authentication protocols.
• Problem Resolution: Investigate payment discrepancies, billing issues, and digital payment gateway inquiries systematically and efficiently.
• Compliance & Confidentiality: Strictly adhere to European banking standards, GDPR, and financial data privacy guidelines during all client interactions.

Working Model & Location

• Location: Porto, Portugal.

Requirements

• Language Skills: Native or Near-Native command of German (C1/C2) with strong working proficiency in English (B2).
